Having written most of my work in Sintra,
Where I have often dreamed and worked,
I would like to stay here forever.
I would like to be buried
By one of those poetic footpaths
That lead to the Moorish Castle
To be close to men, my brothers,
And closer to the moon and the stars, my friends,
With the green earth in front of me
And the sea stretching into the distance
The sea and the earth
That I have loved so much

Nicely done. Thanks for sharing.
Whoah! Nice photos Kiki - looks like an ancient, primal place.
Looks like Avalon! The mists!! I miss you! Baja is beautiful, so different, spiny, dry and full of fruit. Looking forward to seeing more through your eyes and words. xo
Love the images Kiki! I really enjoy looking at all the types of trees we dont have on Haida Gwaii, and its nice to see familiar ones making the odd appearance
photopoems - what a wonderful invention - a sweet way to join you on this journey! an inspiration to keep my eyes open and poetic sensibility awake right here at home. Good travels!
