Going back to her roots
Kiki is excited to travel through Europe, to find her way back to the place she was born.
Travelling at a slow pace. Taking time to take in the environment, the smells, the colours, to feel the wind on her face.
Travelling by bike, back to her roots.
Growing up in the Netherlands, bikes were a natural extension of Kiki's daily life.
Instead of taking the car to work or to get groceries, both her parents would take their bikes most days, rain or shine.
Kiki and her sister would ride the back of their mother's bike until they were old enough to ride their own bike to school.
Instead of paddling a canoe, Kiki used to peddle her bike across cities like Amsterdam and Paris, dressed for work.
She loves riding her bike along the canals in Amsterdam, to the flower or farmers market.
Sometimes the joy would be shared with a friend riding along on the back of the bike.

Another thing Kiki is excited about, is to explore nature and in particular connecting to ancient trees along the way.
